Wonder Academy Tutoring will reserve sessions on your schedule preferences as well as tutor availability. Your initial invoice will include the registration fee as well as prorated charges on the remainder of possible lessons based upon the current month. This payment will be processed once your child's schedule is confirmed.
Throughout the school year, tuition is billed in advance of sessions. Please note that refunds are not issued for missed (no call-no shows) or non-rescheduled sessions.

Hourly Lesson Rate: $70

Billing:

Monthly - After your initial prorated payment, invoices will be billed on the 15th on each month and your payment will be initiated on the 27th of each month to ensure your sessions are successfully prepaid prior to the following month.

Registration Fee: $225

This registration fee includes the consistent development of your student's personalized curriculum through their tenure at the Wonder Academy Tutoring Center during the 2023-2024 school year.

Rescheduling Policy:
Whenever there is a conflict with your child's regularly scheduled session, you must notify Wonder Academy Tutoring as soon as possible. Parents who have contacted Wonder Academy Tutoring before the start of a lesson will be provided an opportunity to reschedule.
Families may receive a credit for canceling and rescheduling up to 3 lessons per tutoring cycle.

Cancellation Procedure:
You must provide Wonder Academy Tutoring with two weeks' notice before your child's final lesson.

Parent Participation Plan:
I understand that I am committing to be a part of the goal setting and implementation process for my student, and I will allow my student’s school to release relevant educational information regarding my student to the appropriate parties for the creation of my student's customized educational curriculum plan. I am aware that all tutors have had a Federal and State background check through the North Carolina Department Division of Child Development and Early Education.
